Sourced from high elevation lakes, with pristine water sources in the untouched national forest. Our Ossetra is of the species from the Caspian Sea, A. gueldenstaedtii. Having a balanced flavor profile, the medium firm pearls are silky on the palate when they melt over the tongue, flowing with buttery flavor, medium brine and a subtle nuttiness on the finish.

Wonderful on it's own, or on a sea salt potato chip. This well rounded caviar will compliment and elevate almost any dish you add it to. The 30g tins are great for 2-3 people and perfect for adding a touch of luxury to an dinner at home. 50g tins are just right for a small dinner party of 4-6 guests. Our 125g size tins are pefect for a gathering for 10-12 people. While the 500g tins are for larger events when you want to be lavish.
